Mr. Chris, the guy managing things at Heathrow, is super friendly, really knows his stuff, and made our car rental experience a breeze. For sure, we’ll be renting from them again down the line.

Quick, courteous, and awesome vehicles.

1. When I showed up to pick up the car, I was the only customer there, and I was told to hang tight while the agent wrapped up some other paperwork. 2. They said the car was just outside the glass door, but when I stepped out, I couldn't spot it and had to use the key fob to track it down. 3. I was informed that the vehicle was all set and checked, but when I finally found it, it was completely frozen over with ice, and I had to thaw it out myself. 4. About 25 miles into my drive, the tire pressure warning light came on, indicating that the passenger rear tire was at 180, while the others were at 260. I had to creep along for nearly 30 miles to find a gas station to pump it up. 5. I sent two emails to your sales rep Ian on the 20th and 22nd, and I still haven't heard back. I expected better service for the amount I spent on this car. Really let down.

Renting from Hertz has been a delight thanks to their fantastic service and impressive range of vehicles. I usually opt for the Mercedes CLA, which is always spotless, both inside and out. They provided me with top-notch service, reasonable rates, and were super friendly throughout. I’m definitely planning to return and would gladly suggest them to others!

The sole drawback is that grabbing it from T4 LHR can be REALLY sluggish, and you might be waiting over 20 minutes.

I rented the Audi R8 for my wedding from the Heathrow location. What a fantastic ride! It exceeded all my expectations. After looking into several rental companies, I chose Hertz because of their clear policies and good name. Dealing with them was a breeze, especially with Ian as my main contact. - Chris and Ian were super polite, well-informed, and really attentive to what I needed. They explained everything clearly beforehand.
- We took our time to check out the car together.

Drop-off Experience:
- The drop-off was smooth as butter.
- They checked the mileage, fuel level, and did a thorough inspection of both the inside and outside of the car, and just like that, I was good to go!

I had a great experience with the customer service over the phone when I was making my booking. However, when I got there, there wasn’t anyone from the dream collection at the desk. I approached the main counter, and they handed me the key without even a hello or any guidance on where the car was parked or how to use it since it was brand new. The car itself and the phone support were fantastic. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money.

STAY AWAY! These folks are total scammers. One of their employees, Ian Highland, is just plain rude, unhelpful, and full of himself. I rented a Range Rover SVR for my wedding, and wouldn’t you know it, a deer jumped in front of the car the night before (I’ve got all the proof). To cut a long story short, Ian did everything he could to ensure I lost my entire excess of £4,000. I even got three official quotes from Range Rover, and the max for the damage was only £1,500. But Ian made sure I’d be hit with the full excess charge. Not once did he help me navigate the process or show any compassion. His first email was just a cold “this is going to be over £4,000.” When I called him, he had no evidence, no quotes, nothing to back that up. He was just banking on me rolling over and accepting it. They are the worst. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I can’t fathom how he sleeps at night. A truly despicable man working for a heartless company.

Overall, a fantastic experience. The folks were super friendly and the vehicle was awesome. The whole process went really smoothly. I'd definitely suggest this place if you're looking to rent a unique car in the London area.

Even though I had some tricky requirements regarding ID submission during booking and using a complicated Indian credit card for the deposit, Sumit was incredibly accommodating. He confirmed everything over two days, showing remarkable patience and a cheerful attitude. He also took the time to address all my queries and even set up an early Sunday pick-up (since the Bayswater Hertz Dream collection is closed on Sundays) from the Marble Arch location. I was really impressed with this unforgettable service, and I’m keen to book with Sumit and Hertz Dream Collection every time from now on. They have a fantastic selection of well-maintained luxury cars for rent.

By the way, this is my second time renting from this branch; the first was a convertible back in September 2021.

Tucked away in a quiet lane behind the Bayswater tube station, there's a low-key warehouse that feels like a treasure trove for car enthusiasts. This place, run by the fantastic Hertz Dream Collection team, is like a toybox filled with amazing cars, all in pristine condition. I used to be part of P1, the performance car club, but honestly, HDC offers the same top-notch vehicles with way more flexibility. Plus, for me, it's just a lot easier to get to. It's the perfect solution for enjoying a performance car for a few days without the hassle and expense of owning one.

Top-Notch Assistance. The team was super helpful. I had a small issue when I picked up my car since I was running late. The conference crew had already left for the day. The staff took a bit of time, but everything else was flawless. I didn’t require any additional services while I had the car and returned it without any extra paperwork needed. It was a breeze! Definitely recommend.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end with the Hertz Dream Collection crew. Sumit Patel, in particular, was a huge help in picking the perfect ride for my needs and truly went the extra mile to make sure I had an awesome time in the car.
